Haider Ali-Shah

Haider Ali-Shah is very proud of his role as a taxi driver and that pride flows over to both his personal appearance and the presentation of his vehicle.

Haider has been driving cabs for more than 13 years, having settled in Adelaide from Pakistan in 2003 with his wife Aisha and two daughters.

He believes his success in the industry comes down to his commitment to service excellence, and he's not wrong. When asked to sum up his service to passengers, Haider says, "I spoil them". And did we mention his business cards read, “For courtesies too often forgotten”?
