Rajdeep Singh

Mr Rajdeep Singh has been driving full time for 11 years.  He generally works nights, five or six nights a week, and mainly works in the south of Adelaide.

Rajdeep showed the judges that he has a real passion for customer service and continuous improvement.  He gave a number of examples of how he seeks to make every journey better for the customer, and recent examples of where he has gone well beyond the minimum requirements of a taxi driver.  Comments by passengers consistently noted that he is polite, friendly, reliable, and well presented, with an immaculate vehicle.

Rajdeep also demonstrated his commitment to the taxi industry, and why he believes it has a bright future - underpinned by competition, safety and excellent customer service.

Mr Rajdeep Singh demonstrated to the judges why he is a credit to the industry, a role model for drivers, and Taxi Driver of the Year 2019.
